Ultimate Vegetables

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 medium peeled potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 carrots, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of Hollis Ultimate Vegetable Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves


DIRECTIONS:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and zucchini.
  • Mix in the vegetable oil, garlic cloves, and Hollis Ultimate Vegetable Seasoning.
    Stir until vegetables are coated thoroughly.
  • Bake vegetables in an uncovered, glass baking dish at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) for 30 minutes (or until desired texture is reached).
