Ultimate Tacos



  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of Hollis Ultimate Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 10 medium taco shells
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups of diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups of shredded lettuce
  • 3 cups of chunky salsa
  • 1 cup of sour cream


  • Brown ground beef in a frying pan over medium-high heat.  After draining fat, mix in the Hollis Ultimate Taco Seasoning and water.  Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat.  Simmer uncovered for approximately 20 minutes until the liquid has reduced, while stirring occasionally.
  • Arrange taco shells on a baking sheet.  Heat them in a oven set at 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius) for 5 minutes.
  • Fill each warm shell with 3-4 teaspoons of meat.  Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
