Ultimate Burgers



  • 2 pounds of fresh ground chuck
  • 4 tablespoons of Hollis Ultimate Hamburger Seasoning
  • 8 slices of American cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 sesame seed buns


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck, Hollis Ultimate Hamburger Seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.  
  • Cover bowl with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat charcoal or gas grill to high-heat.
  • Shape the burger mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.  Cook patties on grill until desired temperature is reached.
  • Place American cheese slices on each burger.
  • Serve on lightly-toasted sesame seed buns, dressed with choice of toppings.
